Hathway Investment Nepal Limited (HATHY) has proposed a 10.526% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. This includes 10% bonus shares and a 0.526% cash dividend (inclusive of tax), as decided during the 200th meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on Bhadra 27.
With a current paid-up capital of Rs. 1.28 Arba, the proposed dividend will be distributed after approval in the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The book closure date for determining the eligible shareholders has not been announced yet.
Hathway Investment’s stock last closed at Rs. 1,588.10.
