Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited (SRLI) has scheduled its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 23rd Ashwin, 2081. The meeting will take place at Anmol Banquet, Sankhamul, Naya Baneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 am.
One of the key highlights of the AGM will be the approval of an 18.3811% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The company’s board of directors, during its 30th meeting on Bhadra 30, proposed the distribution of 18.3811% bonus shares worth Rs. 76.90 crores on the paid-up capital of Rs. 4.18 Arba.
In addition to the dividend endorsement, the AGM will review and approve the auditor’s report, including the Profit & Loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for the fiscal year. An auditor will be appointed for the fiscal year 2080/81, and a new director from the promoter shareholding group will be approved to fill a vacant position on the board.
The book closure date has been set for Ashwin 11, meaning only shareholders registered by that date will be eligible for the dividend payout and can attend the AGM.
