Arun Kabeli Power Limited (AKPL) has scheduled its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 4th Kartik, 2081. The meeting will take place at Hotel Crystal Pashupati in Gaushala, Kathmandu, starting at 11 a.m. on the designated date.
Key agendas for the AGM include the endorsement of the company’s annual report, auditor’s report, profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for the fiscal year 2080/81.
