I have a few IPOs but I have not sold them. I have also never traded in the secondary market. Basically, I have not used any broker service yet.
So in this scenario, can I make an account at different broker and do trades there?
Since i have not traded anything, my BOID shouldn’t be mapped yet, right? So does this mean i am free to do trade with any broker right now?

Two demat is a problem. I suggest you just have one.
If you already have a existing broker account with the BOID that has the IPOs, you cannot use the same BOID to open another broker account. However, you can legally open two Demat accounts and two broker accounts. If you want to use the same BOID and open another broker account, you have to close the previous broker account.
