Dividend of HDL and MNBBL Distributed to Shareholders – |

Himalayan Distillery Limited (HDL) has distributed 25% cash dividend and 75% bonus shares directly to bank accounts and Demat accounts of its shareholders respectively.

The company proposed a 100% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 06 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital: 75% bonus shares and 25% cash dividend (including tax) were proposed.

The same dividend is now distributed.
