The dividends include a 15% cash dividend for the Sanima Equity Fund (SAEF), 10% cash dividend for the Sanima Large Cap Fund (SLCF), and 10% cash dividend for the Sanima Growth Fund (SAGF). Investors must hold their units before the book closure date on 26th Bhadra 2081 to qualify for the payout.
The Board of Directors of Sanima Capital Limited held a meeting on Bhadra 14, where the dividend distributions were finalized. The 15% cash dividend for SAEF is worth Rs. 19.50 Crore, while the 10% cash dividend for SLCF is valued at Rs. 12 Crore. Similarly, unitholders of SAGF will receive a 10% cash dividend amounting to Rs. 6,72,53,260. These distributions are for the fiscal year 2080/81 and are inclusive of tax.
