The NEPSE index closed at 2,543.39 today after losing 3.66 points from last trading day’s closing. The index had lost 63.54 points last Wednesday.

The index opened at 2,542.57 today and made the intraday high at 2,568.11. While it went as low as 2,528.15, it ultimately closed at 2,543.39. This has led to the formation of a Doji candlestick pattern on the candlestick chart.

230 scrips traded hands via 45,622 transactions. Furthermore, a total of 5,139,239 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 2.493 Arba in the turnover amount. This is lower than last Wednesday’s turnover of Rs. 3.621 Arba.

SHIVAM CEMENTS LTD (SHIVM) had the highest turnover of Rs. 15.22 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 1,085 per share….
