Not able to use charts in Nepsealpha in phone

Not able to use charts in Nepsealpha in phone

Since a few days, I’m not able to use charts of nepse alpha through phone. it says error 404 and asks to press ctrl+shift+R . I was able to do it in laptop and use as before but cant do as such in phone. Is there any tip??
