Prabhu Select Fund (PSF) will give a 10% cash dividend to its unitholders, while Prabhu Smart Fund (PRSF) will provide an 8.50% cash dividend (inclusive of tax) to its investors. Both are closed-end mutual funds managed by Prabhu Capital and sponsored by Prabhu Bank.
PSF is a closed-end fund with a 7-year maturity, while PRSF has a 10-year maturity period. The dividend announcement has brought positive news for investors, especially considering the funds’ Net Asset Value (NAV) reports for the month of Ashadh.
As per the NAV data, PSF reported an NAV of Rs. 11.50 and had a closing price of Rs. 10.54. Similarly, PRSF’s NAV was Rs. 11.52, with a closing value of Rs. 10.49. Investors are hopeful these dividends will provide a significant return on their investment in these funds.
