Most of the banks are told to sell their holdings of microfinance till poush. So what would they do with the sold Micros. Will they reinvest that money or distribute them as dividend. For eg lbbl has holding of micros of around 2 arab. Will it share price sky rocket when it sells those holding?? What’ll be the impact of selling those holdings??

micro are long hold. most are watch and wait mode for micro due to new NRB regulation. ddbl, cbbl can probably give 35-40%.
Development and Finance sector can still be purchased. Hydro is too risk, however bucks can be made on right share hype.
Banking don’t look good due too NRB regulations popping here and there. Dividend capacity of banks are also not looking good. many can barely afford 15-16. few 3-4 will probably give 20-25. only nabil can give 30.
also i’m sensing liquidity crunch.
When they start selling price most probably will fall and can crash the microfinance sector.
