Sharepro Securities Pvt. Limited (Broker No. 65) successfully conducted its 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2080/81 on Ashwin 11, 2081, at Sampada Garden Hotel, Lazimpat.
During the AGM, the annual report and financial statements for FY 2080/81 were presented by the Chairman on behalf of the Board of Directors. The meeting approved these reports, along with the auditor’s report. Shareholders also passed the agenda to distribute dividends for FY 2080/81 and approved the Board of Directors’ allowances for the fiscal year 2081/82.
In addition, an auditor was appointed for FY 2081/82, and their remuneration was finalized during the meeting.
