Support Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (SMB) has listed 1,23,809.40 unit bonus shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). This follows the company’s 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 17th Chaitra, where a 13.6842% dividend was approved.
The 209th board of directors meeting on Kartik 21 decided to distribute 13% bonus shares and a 0.6842% cash dividend based on the paid-up capital of Rs. 9.52 crores. These bonus shares are now officially listed on NEPSE.
As of now, SMB has a Last Traded Price (LTP) of Rs. 1,636.
