SY Panel Nepal IPO: Last Day to Apply for Locals!
Today is the final day to apply for the initial public offering (IPO) of SY Panel Nepal Limited! The company began issuing shares to locals in project-affected areas on October 7th, and today marks the end of the application period.
SY Panel received approval to issue a total of 5,232,548 IPO shares at a price of NPR 100 per share. In the first phase, 497,092 shares were allocated to Nepalese citizens working abroad, and 261,627 shares were offered to those affected by the industry.
The IPO for Nepalese workers abroad closed on October 10th. However, the offering for locals affected by the industry remains open until the end of office hours today. Residents of all wards in Ratnanagar Municipality, Chitwan, are eligible to apply for these IPO shares. Applications can be made for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 50,000 shares.
Once the first phase of the IPO allocation is complete, the company will issue shares to the general public in the second phase.
