Can anyone please help me understand on what basis can we estimate the bonus giving capacity of a company? Will a company with lower reserves give more bonus shares than cash dividends or vice-versa? Or does it entirely depend on the BoDs decision (past track record)?

  1. In basic term the distributable profit determines the capcity, though alot of factors affects this directly or indirectly
