    Have your dad visit NMB Capital, the share registrar for CFCL. Ensure he carries along his Citizenship, which – I think – is what will be used to identify him as an owner of the shares.

    The process can sometimes be hectic when certs are lost; they might need to issue a notice about it in a national newspaper.
