Four different agreements have been signed between Nepal and India regarding mutual cooperation and collaboration including expansion of energy, petroleum products, and railway service mechanisms. 

After the meeting between Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, at Hyderabad House in New Delhi, agreements were signed for Nepal to officially participate in the international solar energy partnership, providing Indian technical support to Nepal’s railway service sector, providing assistance to petroleum sector and exchanging experts between Nepal Oil Corporation and Indian Oil Corporation.
