Liberty Energy Company held its 13th Annual General Meeting on April 8th, 2023, with Mr. Kush Kumar Joshi as the chair. During the meeting, all financial reports from the previous fiscal year were approved. The meeting also endorsed a proposal to offer 50% of right shares, equivalent to Rs 75 crore, to existing shareholders.
