The Bandipur Cable Car IPO offered shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share. The company received the necessary approvals from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on June 29th of 2025, for a total of 58,60,000 shares to be issued. Before the public offering, the Bandipur Cable Car offered shares to project-affected locals (5,66,000 shares) and Nepalese citizens working abroad with labor approval (5,29,400 shares) and have already been allocated.
In the second phase, the IPO offered shares to the public. The company set aside 2,64,700 shares for mutual funds and 1,58,820 shares for employees. The remaining 43,41,080 shares were then made available for the general public to invest.
