How to close TMS account.
Context ; before 6 months i have opened trading account at broker no: 38 thorugh online. So far done zero trade, so came in conclusion to close the trading account. Then i called, mailed texted the broker office and began their Drama, here and there this and those, and now they are saying i must be available in person, otherwise they can’t close. Am currently out of Ktm and its almost hard to come Ktm just to close a Tms Account.
For help, i also mailed Sebon stating the issues i faced and ques about whether i have right to close TMS account through online since it opened online. But its been already two weeks i got no response from Sebon either.
My questions
1) since i opened TMS account online ain’t i have have right to close it through online ?
I got fooled and misled from broker and it raised ques. About the Security of my information and Assets. The more i deal with them the more they try to fool me.
Is there any way any method any advice any suggestions any reach out from this Community ?
