Got a call asking to apply for shares

So I got a call from Prabhu steels and hydro equipment company about it’s ipo coming and if I would like to apply for some shares ? Was it a legit call or a scam? Also should I invest if it’s legit ???

Edit: so I checked their website and the no. from which I received the call from was there so I doubt it’s a scam

    I got a somewhat similar call from someone claiming to be from Global IME BANK LTD.

    The number checked out as well.
    Dhanna maile call record garya the.

    Message them what account number you have to deposit the money in, and ask if you could visit their office or where they are based. You know what to do then on out.
