Himalayan Bank initially opened the FPO issuance on June 15th. The FPO offered a total of 9,250,469 units of shares, amounting to 1,452,323,633 Nepalese Rupees. The shares were offered at a price of 157 Rupees per share, which includes a premium of 57 Rupees on the face value of 100 Rupees.
