Can anyone translate [this notice](https://cdsc.com.np/news_notice_files/2023_02_01_17_21_52_notice_regarding_wacc_for_merger_acquisition_20791018.pdf) regarding WACC for merger and acquisition?
Basically I want to calculate WACC for NIMB. I had MEGA shares before but not sure how to calculate WACC now after merger. Keeping default 100 would result in more CGT which doesn’t seem fair as I’m already at loss due to merger.
there is a rumor that nica and sbl aree going to merge …..how true is that rumor???
