This allocation of dividends is a reflection of the bank’s profits accrued in the previous fiscal year. The aggregate dividend sum totals Rs 3.53 arba and will be distributed to the shareholders subsequent to receiving approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and upon the culmination of the bank’s forthcoming 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM), according to an official statement from the bank.
