If you have the registration number,
- visit the TU office in Balkhu,
- Fill out a form
- Pay NPR 200
- Submit the form with the supporting docs (any other docs with the reg number written on it)
- Wait for 5/10 minutes
- The office will issue you a new TU registration card.
