What happens if i change purchase price in Purchase source?

isn’t tax calculated from the profit . If I make the purchase price higher for IPO shares. does it make my tax low? will I get in trouble for it?

I’m not gonna do it but just asking

    I had mistakely done it once. Dherai difference bhaye, ustai pare rajashwa karyalaya jana parna sakxa. (mero chai CDSC le DP lai bhanna layera, mail haru garepaxi , milaideko thyo)
