The AGM’s agenda encompasses the approval of the company’s annual report, endorsement of the auditor’s report for the fiscal year 2079/80, including Profit and Loss (PNL) statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, and the selection of an auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81, along with determining their remuneration.
