Where can i do currency exchange in Nepal?

I have about 70 baht and 2 MYR left from my trip to Thailand and Malaysia. I’m currently in Nepal and I’m wondering where I can exchange this currency. Additionally, I also have some Singaporean coins.

    hey bro
    while visiting Thailand, is it better to take local currecy Baht or USD? Do they check at the immigration office whether you have 20k baht in cash if you’re traveling solo?
